Happy Thursday Everyone!!
When you look at yourself and feel bad about any part of you, you will continue to attract these not so nice feelings of dissatisfaction. This is because the law of attraction mirrors back to you exactly what you are holding inside. So, everyday be aware of the wonderful person you are and the magnificence you have within you!
Write a list right now of all the wonderful things about you! Think of everything you can! I know your list will be long if you really try to focus on the good stuff! Troy and I do this sort of thing often and each time we do it our list gets longer and the best part is that it makes you feel really good about yourself! To start out try thinking of 10 things and see if you can expand on that each time!
This exercise definitely creates a shift in your focus!! Try it out and let me know what you think!
